A community Halloween event with a booth contest, candy for the kids, and family-friendly fun. Organizations could take part as Gold ($500+), Silver ($50), or Bronze (free for non-profits) sponsors — each with a reserved booth and a chance to win the “Best Decorated Booth” award.
