Francina Dubose Dingle is a nonprofit management consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations secure funding and strengthen their missions. Holding a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of grant writing, funding research, and organizational capacity building.
Through her consulting firm, F Brooks Grant Writing & Consulting, Francina spent nearly two decades partnering with nonprofits across the country to craft compelling grant proposals, build comprehensive foundation research databases, and secure millions of dollars in funding for organizations serving underserved communities. Her expertise spans the full funding lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and writing proposals to coaching leaders on long-term funding strategy.
Francina's passion for community service runs deep. She founded Seeds of Hope, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing educational workshops and resources for low-income families in Seminole County, Florida. She also served as Interim Executive Director of Wake-Up Mentoring, where she led programs supporting at-risk youth and juvenile participants. These leadership experiences give her a practitioner's perspective that informs her consulting and training work.
Today, Francina also serves as a Nonprofit Management Coach and Trainer, delivering workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that equip individuals and emerging leaders with the tools to secure funding and run effective nonprofit and community service programs. She holds a certification from the American Grant Writing Association and has been recognized with multiple awards from the Grant Professional Network for her outstanding contributions to the field.
Whether guiding a first-time executive director or supporting an established organization through a complex funding campaign, Francina brings both strategic expertise and genuine dedication to every engagement — always with an eye toward expanding access and opportunity for those who need it most.
